Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Middletown by IHG

The breakfast featured SUCH an amazing variety and all the food was delicious! They even had gluten free muffins, which made my morning!!! The staff were genuinely SO pleased that we liked everything and were more than happy to help with anything we needed.

The staff on hand for Christmas Eve through Christmas Day were exceptional. Only two staff workers but made stay pleasant. The desk person made are grandchildren feel special while at pool area. The gentleman taking care of food service was kind and attentive. He really enjoyed his hospitality duties. Commend both of them for the service on a holiday.

The full breakfast was great. Hot foods were hot, fresh, nice selection of breakfast items. Eating area very clean. In fact, this is the best hotel I have stayed in since the end of COVID that was exceptionally clean. The placed sparkle. Kudos to the employees and management of this hotel for exceptional services and maintenance of the facility.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had included with my room. There was a huge variety to choose from. Cleanliness of the hotel, in all areas, was exceptional. Any time we visit the area, we will stay here. Rooms were very comfortable and updated.
